PA Garden Expo will provide all exhibitors at no cost:

• Exhibitor badges - up to 6 per vendor. Please record the number of badges needed on the front of the exhibitor contract.
• Draping - 3 sides for each exhibit space.
• PA State Farm Show Complex Accommodations Guide - for vendors outside of the Harrisburg Area. (Be sure to ask for Farm Show Rates when calling for reservations.)

Vendors will be responsible for the following (fees charged):

Electric Service
Complete the Electric Service section of the Garden Expo Contract for Exhibitor Space.
$60 per 120-volt circuit for length of show when paid with Exhibitor Space Contract
$65 per 120-volt circuit for length of show when purchased on move-in day
