PA Garden Expo will provide all exhibitors at no cost:

• Exhibitor badges—up to 6 per vendor. Please record the number of badges needed on the front of the exhibitor contract.
• Draping—3 sides for each exhibit space.
• PA State Farm Show Complex Accommodations Guide—for vendors outside of the Harrisburg Area. (Be sure to ask for Farm Show Rates when calling for reservations.)

Vendors will be responsible for the following (fees charged):

Electric Service
Complete the Electric Service section of the Garden Expo Contract for Exhibitor Space.
$60 per 120-volt circuit for length of show when paid with Exhibitor Space Contract
$65 per 120-volt circuit for length of show when purchased on move-in day

Water

Upon the acceptance of your contract, you will receive an exhibitor packet containing detailed information on the cost and ordering procedures for the above items from Penn State Exposition Services, Inc.

Move-in Dates/Times for Exhibitors

Tuesday, March 4th	12:00 noon – 6:00 pm
Wednesday, March 5th	8:00 am – 12:00 noon

Move-in Dates/Times for Feature Garden Designers

Thursday, February 28th at 7:00 am through Wednesday, March 5th at 12:00 noon

All vehicles must be off the exhibit floor by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, March 5th

Move-out Dates/Times for Gardners/Exhibitors

Sunday, March 9, 6:00p.m.	Carry-out items ONLY can be removed from the floor. NO TRUCKS ON THE FLOOR UNTIL MONDAY.
Monday, March 10, 7:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.	Garden contractors may begin to remove plant materials and mulch. Each contractor should remove their own mulch and place it in a pile in the parking lot.
Monday, March 10, 4:00p.m.	Trucks will begin moving stone dust.
Tuesday, March 11, 5:00p.m.	ALL CLEAN UP MUST BE COMPLETE.
